I've been on min 2% for almost 3 months now and I've seen some growth at the hairline, but nowhere else from what I can tell. I've also experienced some noticable shedding as a result of the min. I take this as a good sign as my hair is responding to the minoxidil application.
I am thinking I will give the minoxidil some more time, maybe close to a year to grow back the hair I've shed and hopfully have some new hair grown. At this point, I will be able to afford another shedding term, which I will go on finasteride...I think anyways. I will continue to use the min as well.
Will going on finasteride help me to keep my hair I've grown with the min or is there no correlation?
If I've already shed hair using the minoxidil, will I shed it again as a result of the finasteride?
