Hello there,
I've been on Finasteride 1 mg for 16 days now. I encountered sides in the first few days and they gradually disappeared except for lowered libido which I don't mind.

I've heard that Zinc counters gyno or any sexual Finasteride sides, is that true?

I just added a med that was prescribed by my old dermatologist as it's really rich in vitamins.

It's called PregVit (Not sure if it's known outside where I live).

Composition: Each capsule contains:
Zinc (from zinc sulfate) 25 mg + Vitamin A (palmitate) 1300 I.U. + Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 400 I.U. +
Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 5 mg + Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 75 mg + Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 4 mg +
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 4 mg + Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 4 mg + Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 6 mcg +
Folic acid 0.75 mg + Calcium-D-pantothenate 10 mg + Nicotinamide 25 mg + Magnesium (from dried magnesium oxide) 42 mg +
Iron (from ferrous fumarate) 70 mg + Iodine (from potassium iodide) 0.15 mg + Copper (from copper sulfate) 0.6 mg

I am currently taking 1 capsule per day, I heard that to counter Finasteride possible sides totally, I'd need 50 mg of Zinc. but I also read that I should only take 25 mg, else it'd be an mega-dosing/overkill for my hair.

I'd appreciate any info regarding the dose I should take and regarding the other components as well. Thanks in advance~

Nobody understands finasterise side effects, and thus there's no consensus way to get rid of them other than quitting the drug.

This is interesting. Never heard of a way to counter finasteride sides before and same way never heard of Pregvit before eitherm i was on finasteride for a short while but had to come off due to sides. Maybe what you describe could help. Really need to find something sooner rather than later (pref natural, non chemical)

I've read posts and studies informing that Zinc can work as an aromatase inhibitor (That counters Free test conversion to estradiol if taken with quite high dose which should counter any gyno future side-effect, right?) and that it helps increasing sexual desire mainly. But also it might be dangerous if taken with serious high doses.
I don't feel any major side effects for now..I am just making sure I stay safe in the future.

The med is produced locally here I think, that's why it's not known outside.
