Well I have been on rogaine for almost a year and a half now along with Propecia for about 4 months and I am seeing a reduction in hair loss but I think the generic liquid I am using has hit its peak. I was wondering, has anyone added rogaine foam to use once a day along with the liquid at night and experienced a little more regrowth?

I have heard the horror stories of people losing ground though when they switched entirely from the liquid to the foam, hence why I would use both.

Are you using liquid twice a day? If so and you tolerate it, I think it's more effective than foam. If you are only using liquid once a day, then adding foam or a 2nd application of liquid is def better than either one once a day. Unless you get a formula with retin-a which is supposedly better, I might try it myself, I'll let you know how it goes.

Yeah I use the liquid but I guess I feel like trying to step up growth a notch but who knows I might disregard that in a couple of months or so.
