finasteride can only do good for your hair, im sure you KNOW you should add finasteride.
It's just hard to pull the trigger. May do 0.25 mg EOD

I personally find Regenpure DR (Keto Shampoo) very effective, I think Nizoral is very harsh on hair!
start with that, after 2 weeks move towards .25/day. after a month alternate between .5 and .25... if all goes well get to .5mg/day and you could do fine on that dosage.
Do you take finasteride? Do you think 20 is too young?
