Hi guys I'm new here, 20 yo in two weeks, been having rapid rapid hair loss for past several months and am now looking like mild chemo patient LOL, was on accutane for 7 months finishing October 15 2014, weighed 88kg, height 190cm, first month 40mg/day, next three months 60 mg day, 80 every second day for like two weeks in between there somewhere, then 40 for last three months. During accutane and for past 4 months have been getting 5,6,7,8 hairs in my hand when I gently sift fingers through hair every single time. Also past 2 months been getting like 20-50 hairs every morning on pillow, they all have a white keratin tip on top.
So yea was wondering, is it simply insane telogen effluvium or male pattern baldness? As far as I know no one in family is/was bald.
