Accelerated Faster Hair Growth Due To Alcohol

Hi All,

I'm a pretty hair guy, back hair, monobrow, full beard etc. Ever since a young age I always noticed when I drink alcohol the next day my body hair (including head hair) has accelerated growth - no new or thicker hairs just the existing ones have grown quite fast. I really don't think its in my head as multiple people have said the same thing to me - after a night out they often tell me that my hair noticeably grew from last night. If i stay sober i only have to get a haircut every 3-4 weeks. If i've been drinking my hair grows so fast i have to get a haircut every 2 weeks.

I was wondering if anyone can explain why th? Or if the same things happen to anyone else?

This is odd. Did you actually measure the hair before and after?

That sounds pretty weird. Only thing i can think of is alcohol reduces testosterone. There for reduced dht maybe.
