i thought your gyno was super mild? my nipples get puffy on finasteride and so do my bros but we dont have any tissue growing or anything... i initially did when i started finasteride at a very heavy weight and im pretty sure most of u know of my letro journey and all that, but since i dropped weight my nips are just a little puffy never painful or anything and same for my bro.

I know right? Thing is, I wasn't doing anything special. Just had my hair longer than the other pics and that was when minoxidil fully kicked in. That was 2 months ago.
As you can see in the pic after, it's gotten worse since then, because I am not fully maintaining on finasteride sadly. That and it makes my nipples grow lol.

I guess you could call it mild but they do get like pretty damn puffy it's an uncomfortable sight. I actually stopped finasteride a week and a half ago to see, and they didn't go down completely yet. Just a mild reduction. So it could even be permanent nipple enlargement lol. I really don't feel comfortable taking finasteride without some AI in the future. I definitely can't tolerate the estrogen increase otherwise. That and I don't maintain on it ! So I am kinda torn now between going dutasteride + AI or RU let's see what my doctor says on Friday...

Been on 1mg finasteride routinely for 8.5 months. Have only seen recession. Will it ever stop/ regrow? Or am I a bad responder? Where do I go from here-

Had a big she’d in the last couple of months-

I've been on finasteride for 9.5 months with keto shampoo. Guess what, I'm wayyyyy worse than baseline. I shed like 200 hairs every time I shower even this late into treatment. I keep receding by the week, it's insane.

Switch to dutasteride?

I feel you. I had amazing results with minoxidil. I started noticing a shed 5 months on it so I seen a dermatologist and they put me on finasteride. Been on it for 14 months now, now my hair is completely ruined.

Did you make the switch to Duta?
