I have always had fine/thin hair but in the past year it has began to look like male pattern baldness- my new job is very stressful and I fear it may have intensified any hairloss I may have had.
I have diffuse thinning at the front/center of my hairline. I appear to have recession on my left temple but little or none on my right. I have absolutely no hairloss at the back of my head.
I am 24 years old. My father is an NW5 but he didn't start losing his hair until he was in his late 30's. The strangest part is that his hairloss (by his own account) started at the back of his head and moved its way forward - not like mine at all.
I will start minoxidil and finasteride in the new year. I have already started using nizoral. I hope I'm not too late. Im a bit worried about gyno but I'm willing to gamble.
The following pics were taken on a fairly bad hairday. I use topix on special occasions, but not on the day these pics were taken.
What does my Norwood look like? On good days it seems like a 1.5 but on bad days (especially in harsh light) it looks like a 3.
