About to take fincar !

Got my Generic finasteride, and my pill cutter, i am about to start taking 1/4 of a tablet a day...

What is the best time of day to take it, or does it not matter as long as i stick to the same time every day?

Is it ok just to take with water? as i have read people say its better crushed????

and what sort of side effects can i expect?

It does not matter what time of day you take it as long as you take it everyday.

Water is fine, I take mine with Iced Tea!

Side effects (if any) vary with everyone. Most users do not have side effects but they do occur in a small amount of people who take it. If you go to Propecia website they list out the possible side effects of the medication.

Are you going to add minoxidil? I got my best regrowth with minoxidil but did get some addition growth with Propecia. Also you should consider throwing Nizoral shampoo into the mix.

Hi mate thanks for your reply, i was on minoxidil for 6 months and did not really notice anything....however reading all the stuff on the forum i am going to give minoxidil another bash as maybe 6 months was not long enough...

will go on fins first for a few months then combine it with minoxidil...its just damn expensive in the uk..

Yeah maybe 6 months was not enough but I guess some people do not respond to minoxidil as quick as I do.
