Abnormal Amount Of Hairs Falling Every Day

Hello.
I'm 20 y/o male and I think I'm balding. On the front IMO it looks like Norwood 2. Can't say the hairline is changing somehow, even comparing to the photos of me 1-2 years ago. I've never paid attention to my crown, but now I guess it's thinning.
Since there is no "static" evidence of balding, what I want to know is how much hairs falling while showering counts as ok. Say if I wash my hair after 3 days, there are roughly 30+ hairs in a sink, which is terrible to me.
I've not visited dermatologist yet, but I want to mention some facts that might have affect on my hair:
  • Climate. I live in a frozen hell and just have to wear a hat for more than 4 months. Could this be the answer why hair loss has increased?
  • Treatment. I had a quite deep depression year ago and was taking antidepressants for 6 months. Now I'm only taking anxiolytics.
  • Diet. Can vegetarianism influence my hair? Sure, getting not enough vitamins can affect your body, but just like when you have no restriction on meat/eggs/etc. All in all, I don't feel that my diet is unhealthy, but still...
Also (if that's important) my dad (43) has 3 or 3A Norwood: quite deep M on the front and solid crown. But my mom seems to has some sort of alopecia because hairs are too thin.

Here is the picture of my clean hairs.

Sorry if some phrases sound foolishly or pointlessly. I'm not that good at expressing my thoughts in English.

Your crown looks like a perfect hair swirl. If you are noticing increased hair shedding and are a Norwood 2 at 20, consider going to a derm to get a script for Finasteride.

Thanks for your reply!
I better post another photo of my front hairline for everyone to rate. I just thought that 2 is the minimum on the scale, but it might be actually 1. Just look at this. The only confusing thing is those little hairs right on the borderline.
And again, I don't really know what amount of hair shedding is considered to be normal. Or does this number change from person to person?
And can some factors like I mentioned before temporarily increase the shedding?

Climate cannot effect hair. At least i never heard this.
Anti Depressants i think can affect hair loss but from what i understand is you have to have a disposition to hair loss like AA which is an auto immune reaction. I could be wrong on this but a Dr would know.
Iron and some vitamins can be cause--but it would have to be pretty severe--so a simple blood test can check these levels which to be honest if you are vegan or vegetarian it is a good idea to get those tested once in a while anyway. Its iron (as well as ferritin), zinc, vitamin B i think Vitamin D could be also--i think you can look up all of them that effect hair and request a blood test for those listed from Dr.

Basically its just a good idea you find a Dr who knows about alopecia.
