Re: 2 days post op. 1500 FUE grafts. What do you think?

Ouch...I'm sure it'll look all good in a few months but wow that looked painful. Was it painful at all? I heard the only painful part is the anasthetic shots to the scalp. How old are you? Do you have any before shots?

Are you a diffuse thinner? That's my situation and I've heard many surgeons wont do hair transplant on diffuse thinners due to risk of shock loss of surrounding hairs. How much did you pay for this job and where did you get it done? Yeah, you were balding pretty badly especially for only 27. I think you'll be very pleased with having your hair back once the new hairs start growing.

I hope you're on finasteride. It would be a shame to have the rest of the hair fall out after getting a hair transplant :-/

So that comes out to about $10,500? I'm currently saving up for a hair transplant in case i need one in a few years and I guestimated I'd need roughly ten grand or more. Again, would you say you are a diffuse thinner? Do you think you will need any more work done after this?

I would say you are pretty much correct with point 1 that you had more donor density on the right side. I had FUE two months ago and they harvested more from my left side as in their words ''my donor density dropped off on the right side''

Happy growing

I'm sorry for the confusion guys. I tried to be as discrete as possible, share my experiences, and learn from the rest of you. I feel as though my identity may have been compromised, and this is my attempt at trying to stay anonymous. I will be more cautious next time around when I post my follow up pictures after the scabbing falls off. I hope this does not offend anyone.

Moderators: Feel free to delete my thread, as I'm aware I'm doing a disservice to myself and the rest of the members here. Again, I am sorry.
