Re: What should be involved in a consultation?

I do plan on taking minoxidil. The rogain foam type so that it will dry quickly. As for pills--I tried finasteride with sides that I just could not accept. Realistically, I truly believe that although pills and topicals will help slow down my hair loss, I am 100% destined to be completely bald on top.

That's why I'm strongly considering a very low density FUE with a very mature hairline, and keeping the hair short. Is that possible?

What is this? Why are you quoting what I wrote in a different thread?

Re: What should be involved in a consultation?

From the consultations I have been through, I have always met with the doctor specifically. Typically, they have photos and information pertaining to someone that has been in the same situation as me. There are different therapies that doctors use, so if they do not inform me of what they will be doing, I always make sure to ask. Make sure that you do your homework before selecting places to go for consultations.
