A Topical Combo Of Finastride And Minoxidil - Shall I Buy It?

Hey guys, I've been using Finastride 1MG for just under 2 years. It seems to have just stablised the hair loss. No regrowth. Few times of shedding.

Minoxidil I have been using for 3 years.

I want to stop taking the pills and try a topical one, just to change it up a bit - and also one hair specialist was trying to sell me their own topical finastride, especially since I am married now and it's better apparently in the long run with trying for a child.

I came across this, has anyone heard or tried this? Does this look legit and can I use this as a replacement for finastride pills I take daily which are 1mg?

I'm in Canada and have ordered 2x from min max
6% with finasteride. No problems. It just takes about 3 weeks for some reason.

If you stop oral finasteride 1 MG, you will likely lose hair. topical finasteride is not recommended. studies have shown while topical finasteride can work in some cases, it is still systemically absorbed, and can have side effects as oral finasteride.

Topical finasteride is simply not a replacement for oral finasteride. You can take a small break from finasteride if you like, that’s absolutely fine.

I've only seen a couple studies where it is just as or more effective with greatly reduced systemic sides. More DHT blocked at the scalp than with oral. You have a link to show the opposite?

Unfortunately, if that was the case don’t you think everyone would be going the topical route instead of taking it in tablet form?

It's not FDA approved for topical use.So Drs are less likely to prescribe it.
Topical will go mainstream as more people use it and get similar results with reduced sides

I wish it were that simple. That being said, post back here in a year or two with your results since you will be using topical finasteride. I wish you success.
