A Question Regarding Nizorol (ketoconazole).

I have been using minoxidil 5% for almost a year. I have seen a very good results after 5-6 months but after that it looks like i am not getting any regrowth. Today decided to add finasteride and Nizorol (Ketoconazole). The issue is i Nizrol is not available in my country(Pakistan). I manged to find an alternative brand name Conaz. It does not have percentage mentioned on it. The only thing written is 20mg/ ml. I just want to ask you guys if it is safe for me to use it.

20mg/ml = 2% since 1000mg/ml is 100%

So yeah, but don't overuse it it's pretty harsh. I recommend no more than 2 times a week.

I just found it a little strange you're concerned about the mix when you also added finasteride at the same time, which will actually do something for you. And if you responded well to minoxidil you might get a good response from finasteride.

Nizoral doesn't do an awful lot, I still use it twice a week myself but it's just to stop scalp inflammation.

What do you mean with harsh ?

I was using it every othe day and i feel pain my scalp but i have any red skin related to irritation

Yeah i responded very well to minoxidil for about 6 months or so but after that its just downhill. I have been using minoxidil for 15 months now regularly but i think it is the time for me to add other 2 treatments as well. As far as Nizrol is concerned i read on this forum that there are many cases when minoxidil was not doing any thing and they added nizoral and they started to see results. I am also looking forward to it.
