How am i doing so far?
yes i realize that my pics are kind of inconsistent.
Only using finasteride. started at 1mg but went down to 0.5mg since there wasn't a huge different in DHT inhibition. no sides so far.
I did have a massive shed of miniaturized hairs at around 2 months.

Can't tell. First Pic is in direct light, other two not so much. You are probably way too far gone to fight this with half a side of finasteride. You need dutasteride, minoxidil, and microneedling. Those 3 are a must. Start them today, then look into additional options if you're serious

Maintenance is the goal of your regimen. Regrowth is a bonus (and rare). Keep that in mind.

There's not much to maintain in this case. Honestly might as well be full bald. So I think regrowth must be the goal. Microneedling is a must. I don't mean to insult you, your hair is very similar to mine. I just think you should get more serious with your regimen.
