I realise you are trying to help me, but I feel you both may lack the intelligence to assist me in this mission. 21gone thank you for your input, but I am afraid you are projecting this image on to me, I do not own a pair of refracting binoculars, I have no need for them, I rarely use my eyes to see, my mind is my binoculars.

The image you have fashoined of a person waching another with these 'so called' physical binoculars has come from your mind, how it got there is probably unknowable, perhaps you have been 'watched' in the past, I do not know, I cannot say.

This is also used to enlarge the size of your genitalia?

I was not aware of this feature, that a pair of refracting binoculars can visually enlarge the size of your genitalia, but I can see this would be the case, thank you for discovering this for us.

Also thank you for clarifying that it is the size that is enlarged.
