Right now, I take:

One a day multivit

D-3

Zinc gluconate

Biotin

Folic Acid

Fish Oil

You know the drill... Big 3 (Nizoral, Finasteride, Minoxidil)

If your hairloss is from the crown then Finasteride or Revivogen is your best bet.

If it's mainly concentrated on the hairline then use a Minoxidil and Finasteride/Revivogen together.

Finasteride is obviously the most effective treatment out there, but if you're like me and few other unlucky people who suffered side effects, then the best option is to combine Minoxidil with a bunch of other crap.
