So, I purchased the pills online, and they arrived today, obviously I'm eager to start taking them I figured the sooner the better. I just had a few questions I hope you guys could answer.
I've seen that you should use nizoral shampoo as well, I already get that on prescription, and I use it once a week, is this enough? Or should I be aiming for twice a week?
If I were to get side effects, how long would it take for them to become apparent? I ask because I suffer from health anxiety, and I know I'll most likely get some placebo effect probably as soon as I take the first pill, so it'd be nice to know just so I can try reassure myself its just placebo.
And thirdly, how long did it take for you guys to get noticeable results?
