A Crazy Shedding Began Right After First Year

Hello guys. I have been using minoxidil %5 and Finasteride 1.25mg since April 2018. Until the last month everything was OK. But in last month, which is exactly the first year of I started minoxidil and finasteride, a crazy shedding started. I really felt depressed and hopeless. I don't know what to do. Should I go to dermatologist? Is it normal after first year? I'm open to any advice

I believe I also had a shed exaxtly at year 1. Trust the studies. Finasteride and minoxidil will most likely keep most of your hair, regardless of what is posted online.
