A break of few days. Is it bad?

Hi guys, im taking finasteride for 4.5 months, haven't missed any day. Unfortunately, im in the hospital for the next 3-4 days and won't be able to take the pill. Is this bad?

i think what he means is; even though it has a short half life, its dht lowering affects last around 1 weeks according to the studies. So you should be ok man. I know its scary i recently had to change to every other day dosing bc of non sexual side effects. I was very concerned about skipping any days as well. Hope its nothing serious your in the hospital for, and good luck with the hair! -Anthony

I wasn't aware of that until a few weeks ago myself. Given the fact it takes so long, is it really necessary to maintain daily use after taking it for months?
