Just a quick update... shedding and healing continues. Did not have any postop pain or disstres that would require any painkillers. When I go tru my hair dead skin and tons of hair shafts come out. It has been more that 20 days since the surgery was performed. Pics aren't quality, still alright.

    Alright lads,
Here is my almost 6 month update after the hair transplant (6th Sept 2017). I can now say that it starts to look quite good.. It is still only 6 months. Let's see what 8, 10 and 12 months bring ! Right now I would say 500 grafts to the hairline and it is gold, but who know it is still toooooooo early.

Had only one haircut since the hair transplant about 3 months ago....

    Here are the pics !

How was your growth between month 5 and 6? Just curious, my growing is going well, but it's coming in weaker on the left side.

Thanks for the reply. I'm just going on 5 months today. I'm hoping for it to thicken. The hairline looks good, just really weak right now!

    Hello

How much did you pay for 3000 grafts?

One of the few stellar results, you're lucky man. I agree with you, a minor touch up to the hairline will be perfect as the shape and location is almost right. Your hair is thick and looks natural from all angles, the opposite of that disfigured surgery look I've seen. There is a glimmer of hope for some of us should we lose our hairline.

would need about 300 grafts up to the hairline to make it a little dense.. no rush there I am sticking to 18 months post op before deciding what next..... it has been now 1 year + a few days since the op.

What happened to the hair at the crown? Why is it so up?
You should keep you hair a bit shorther IMO. It looks untidy that way and doesn’t give value to the transplant.

Your donor looked pretty bad at the before pictures, is it better now?
