These are the pics from my 1000 graft FUT on my temples. Its been 9 months and 1 week, so I guess it is my final view. For the time being I am over with hair transplant's

Emm, these are final photos of grafts transplanted only in you temple area?

I don't want to sound harsh, but you're thinning all over the top and if meds don't work (presuming you are taking them...) you'll be losing that quite fast imho and than you're looking at 4000+ grafts to get some top coverage.

You can get improvement up to about 14/15months.

my top is stable since I was 20 (now i am 28). I am taking Regaine and Nizoral and my hairloss has completely stopped since them. I couldnt fill in the top too, since I would ran out of potential future grafts for the rest of my head

By the way I think I notice that few small hair come out in my scar on the back of my head. Could this be true, after 9 months?
