If you're only using Minoxidil without any kind of anti-androgen, then you're definitely going to continue losing your hair. Using Minoxidil alone is an extremely frustrating and losing battle, I've been there before. Minoxidil is a growth stimulant, it won't help stop the cause of hair loss which is DHT. You'll need to start taking Dutasteride or Finasteride if you want to help stop further hair loss, those are the best known available treatments. Use a Ketoconazole shampoo to help improve scalp conditions, that should be beneficial as well.

Stopped taking b vitamins and vitamin d really. You think that would have an impact?

Are you being serious? I was deficient in it. I think normal range is 30-100 and I was like 21.

I don't think you have any hair loss. Just not the thickest hair... All photos look the same to me, but with different lighting.
