9 months on propecia and below baseline

If someone has been on propecia for 9 months and is below baseline does this mean they are a non-responder? I've noticed that while I've grown a few random terminal hairs in front of my hairline, my hair overall has become more diffuse since starting on propecia and nizoral 1% 8 and a half months ago. I plan on sticking with the drug for at least a year and have not noticed any huge sheds or anything. I wonder now if my hair will even return to baseline, let alone slightly improve.

Has anyone been below baseline after taking propecia for 9 or 10 months and then rebounded back to baseline around the year mark?

You might want to add minoxidil, you'd probably see regrowth (stay on finasteride though)
