Hey guys I've been suffering from a shed since January. I lose maybe 30-40 hairs in the sink if I comb it vigorously, or if I rub my hair with shampoo I'll get about the same amount (slightly less) come out on my hands. However, I haven't noticed much visual difference in the appearance of my hair. It could possibly be slightly thinner on the left temple..... but it's too hard to tell and maybe I'm just paranoid. I never used to see this much hair fall before January and it hasn't gone back to normal, I have been on finasteride for 1.5 years. Is it time to switch to dutasteride? If so, how does one transition from finasteride to dutasteride, and how much should be taken per day/week? Or is this normal?
