i shave my head (#1 guard) so it's easy to get minoxidil on the scalp. I was wondering if you guys think that 6 pumps twice a day will help?

also...i don't bother to rub it in...is this not a good idea? thanks

I am sure it depends on the brand. Some pumps may spray more.

i doubt the dose matters that much. So long as 6 pumps is not the same as 3 or 12 on a different brand. if it has a pump and a dropper, and the dropper says 1mL and the pump 6, then it is probably brand independent.

I do believe that rubbing it in will help absoption, though some will stick to you fingers. dry your hand by rubbing them on dry scalp, perhaps in the nw7 area. it works best when started early, right?

i'd like to shave, but my head looks like a light bulb. and I love my hair with my new grafts. but good luck with that. you can get a very even spead with the pump, and not miss a spot.

i'm probably putting more like 7mls on at a time...without rubbing it in (cause of the shaved head.)
