Hello!

Well.. I thought I'd come check with the experts to see what I can do better.

I am 31, Irish Scottish.

I started thinning out at about 25 and came here for help.

Since then, I've been consistently taking 1mg Finpecia each day and using Kirkland Minoxidil every morning and night, consistently.

It hasn't got much worse, but not a whole lot better. I have to keep my hair really short, so the sides don't look too much thicker than the top.

I also have 2 callics? (however you spell) On my crown, which don't help conceal my thinning hair.

Oh yeah.. I also have been cycling between Revita, Vive Pro, and some random shampoos from time to time.. I spent quite a while using nizoral too.

Any suggestions on how I can improve this?

Thanks!

You could add in a Copper Peptide spray with your nighty minoxidil application, you could change from Minoxidil to Xandrox (Dr Lee products) or up the % to 7, 12 or 15% Xandrox, you could try a lasercomb, supplements such as fish oil, flax seed oil, L-arginine, add in topical spironolactone, various other experimental treatments... Have a read!
