Hey check my thread I created as I use to buy S5 cream and I am from the U.K.

I buy mine from American pharmacy with prescription and have no issues shipped to the U.K.

Old thread I know but i wouldn't bother with topical spironolactone, very few people have results and its expensive. I dropped it in favour of RU
