Honestly, don't worry about these things. It's not main stream opinion, just the opinion of a few. I'm sure this same woman in the video if she saw a guy who had a decent physique and somewhat attractive face and/or a good personality wouldn't even care so much about the hairstyle. Hairstyle definitely isn't a deal breaker for most women.
Besides the important thing to note is, different hairstyles suit different people better. For example, some people may look better when not exposing their hairline than someone who has a high/bad hairline but still shows their hairline just to keep up with trendy hairstyles.
My rule is, don't follow trends. Follow only what suits YOU.

Definitely a sham video for all the obvious reasons, but that being said those are in fact the trendier/better known hairstyles in the current day. Can't remember the last time I saw someone with a fringe, side part or mop top.
