can i back to minoxidil 5% after using in minoxidil 15%??

Your testosterone is slightly above-average, but it doesn't matter much. DHT levels are far more important.

If you experience a sudden hair loss on the whole scalp, then you most probably experience telogen effluvium. The 15% concentration is too strong for you. If you use finasteride, then it is not necessary to use such a high minoxidil concentration - unless you want some regrowth on bald places.

First of all, you should know, if finasteride is effective (you should measure your DHT levels). If it works, then you can start a very slow return to 5% minoxidil. And I repeat: A very slow return. Not more than -1% per month or so. If you switch from 15% to 5% abruptly, you can expect a very fast "Kojak effect". But if finasteride works for you, you could in theory prevent a complete death of your follicles, even if you experienced some "mishap" during the return back. The lost hair could then grow back, when stimulated by a sufficient minoxidil concentration. If finasteride doesn't work in you and you lose hair when switching from 15% to 5%, the hair will never grow back.

Nobody can tell you. But I would be very, very careful. I was using 10-15% minoxidil in my temples for 13 months, then switched back to 5% - and my hair on all places, where I had been using the high % minoxidil, was practically annihilated. This was due to the fact that it was a "zombie hair" depending on a special minoxidil concentration. (I started to use minoxidil 15+ years ago). It couldn't grow without regular "minoxidil doping" and when it became accustomed to 10-15% minoxidil, it couldn't grow without this dosage any longer. Maybe, if I decreased the concentration very slowly, I wouldn't experience such a disaster. It's hard to tell. But anecdotal experience from the internet shows that it is possible. It also shows that when you use minoxidil+5AR blocker, quit minoxidil and experience the "Kojak effect", the hair should grow back, if you again start to use the original minoxidil concentration (or higher). This is why I would recommend to all people in such a difficult and unpredictable situation to add a 5AR blocker (at best the strongest - dutasteride) to their regimen. It depends on, how much you value your hair. Remember that the risk is quite high and you can lose your hair forever.
