4ml minoxidil x a day ( side effect & your opinion )

hi all

i use minoxidil 5% twice in a day on dry scalp
I use more than the recommended dosage of minoxidil per application, I usually use 2ml in per application .
( 2 x day = 4 Ml in a day )
so , i haven't any itch and Irritation in my hair and scalp

1- 2ml minox5% in per application ( totally 4 ml in a day ) has side effect ? it can harm to my hair ?

2- should i apply it on damp scalp or dry scalp ?

1 - any side effects are likely to be increased, it is unlikely to harm your hair.

2 - application on a damp scalp will increase the likelyhood of sytemic over absorption.


I also apply around 4ml a day (2ml twice) the second 2ml application is Xandrox 15, so this is theorectically the equivalent to 8ml a day! (if you consider 15% minoxidil as three 5% applications).

I do this not out of the idea that more is better, it is just that my giant head (which contains my giant brain) takes 2ml to get the solution everywhere it is needed, I am sure someone with a small circle of diffusion at the crown would be good with 0.5ml, but me, I need the 2ml.
