Any minoxidil in your regimen? Best results are with min and finasteride together.

i've still quite a lot of hair so makes it hard to apply. i'd be happy to keep what i have. just thought by now i'd have seen a slow down.

I feel ya on the lots of hair thing. I just use the rogain foam and part my hair like 5 times across the top/front area and let it dry(15mins max) then run a comb through. At night I do the same with liquid but it doesn't dry for several hours in my hair so I just sleep with it in there and shower in the morning.

Another thing is that it can be 6 months before results are had, so hang in there.

yeah its seems the less hair you have the easier it is to use. rock and hard place comes to mind lol. Think I just wabt to see how the propecia does otherwise if you use 2 then you may not know which one is working. How are you getting on with the finasteride? would you try dutasteride?

finasteride is doing well I think. I'm in a shedding phase at the moment so Im looking less dense than usual, but I hear a shed is a good sign and typically ends after a bit and it grows in thicker(when using both finasteride and minoxidil).

On the rogain and finasteride together point. You know which is working, because both are (if they do) finasteride works to maintain, and rogaine is for regrowth. Almost every success story on these boards have some combo of finasteride and minoxidil (and sometimes some extras) Im not a scientist, so I don't know why but that combo is the best it seems.

I have hair so long its halfway down my back, I know applying minoxidil is suk, so I recommend for best results use rogain foam 5% minoxidil and wait 15 minutes and run a cheapo black comb through your hair, and it will look awesome.

Sorry I forgot, about dutasteride.

I am saving dutasteride for when finasteride loses its effectiveness in the normal 5 years or so some people run into. Hoping to get 10 years(if dutasteride only gives me 5 also) and, god willing, I can just go get vaccinated against male pattern baldness or some sh*t by then.
