4 Month Comparison - Any Difference?

Tried my best to get the same lighting, angle, quality...etc. Pictures are 4 months apart. Finally saw a derm too, took one quick look at my hair and said no way you have hair loss even though I have clear miniaturization and he didn't even inspect my temples, so I couldn't get a chance to discuss treatments as I intended to. Not sure where to go from here.

Thanks for the opinions guys, I haven't gone on any treatments, but I have made a few lifestyle changes, always suspected Telogen Effluvium/SD might have been a factor too so maybe that's why? I'm actually kind of surprised by the comments as I thought it looks a little worse in the mirror, and was considering finally going on treatments.
