4.5 month with minoxidil and then..?

Hi every1, im using minoxidil with my regimen for 4.5 months and my story is here:

My questions are:

1. Why is minoxidil great only after 3 months?
2. Is quitting minoxidil for 1-2 months a solution?
3. Is changing the brand of minoxidil a solution?

(1) It can take more than 9 months to see a result. Unfortunately, new hair can take that long to grow, thicken etc. People who have new hair transplanted, have to wait at least 9 months to see a result. That is why, they state this for minoxidil as well.

(2) Quitting minoxidil for roughly 3-4 weeks, will see hairloss. This happened to me. All maintained or new hair was lost by the 4th week.

(3) Changing brand? Changing brand will make no difference. If they use 5% minoxidil - it will be 5% minoxidil.
