3alpha-hydroxysteroid reductase also known as 3a-HSD is a naturally occuring enzyme in the body found in muscles that neutralizes DHT and turns it back into testosterone. Why the hell is it not being used as a hair loss treatment? I would think this would have to be a topical one too.

If there is anyone here who is educated in biochemistry or something like that I would be really happy to hear your response.

the dht comes from the testosterona, if can't convert to dht, the testosterona levels
will increased, high levels of testo are no good for the body...but i do anything for my hair :firing:
