Hey guys, I would really appreciate some help so I can decide how to tackle my hair problem.

I am 35.
Finastride for 1 year and a half. 1 tablet a day. (Sometimes I change the brand of the packaging I buy but it's always the same dose/1MG tablet)
Minoxidil (Kirkland Foam and Solution, just change it up. Twice a day - That's been now 2 years on Minoxidil)

-

Overall I would say I felt for this period of time it has stablized whatever hair thinning I was experiencing throughout my hair.

The one area that never improved and is my most concerning is my temple. I have highlighted this section in all my pics attached today from this morning, I've also done one picture showing how I usually style it.

In the last 2-3 weeks I've now noticed that the hair thinning in the temple is either cutting into my hairline even more or it's just thinning out more and more. I know this because now even when I push my hair down, I can see gaps which I have to try a bit extra to cover up. Also I'm finding that either I need to resort to hair thickening powder more to hide it. When I go out now I always use Hair Fibres to cover it.
Before at home I was comfortable without using any hair thickening product and sometimes when I go out it was just a light dab of hair fibres.

Now in the last 3 weeks - I don't feel confident going out without applying hair thickening powder or hair fibres and visually I can see that the temple area, something has happened.

Also I noticed whenever I hair dry or style my hair, on my tshirt or my hands I'm definetely having more hairs then usual falling.

What are my options here? I'm being told a few different things - for financial reasons and also just personal reasons, I really want to avoid doing any form of transplant. I've been told by different people the following:

1. Go off Finastride and go onto Dutestride?
2. A derma roller treatment + head massage with the minoxidil
3. Aesthetic hair transplant, meaning a hair transplant just to cover up the temple area (Something like this I'm being quoted 3000 GBP by the same people https://www.instagram.com/p/Bk2UWYKlKoG/)

I really hate this and want to solve this once and for all, it really effects my confidence knowing this temple seems to be thinning out more and more every week or even day.

Anyone been and recovered from same situation?

I should also mention just so it's clear that I use:

- I use Nizoral shampoo around 2x a week
- I use Alpecin shampoo another 2 days in a week
- The other days I use just conditioner
