Im on Minoxidil topical once a day since 8 months, but i havent seen any regrow at temples so far, i got an appointment with my Doctor for finasteride, however im not sure which blood tests should i do before taking it, im kinda scared of gyno, and i had it in puberty. And lately how many grafts would i need to fill the spots?

Should have tried oral min. But get on that finasteride and wait and see.
I am not seeing much hair loss. Do you have any before pictures? Way too early to even think about hair transplant at 33 with what I see. I would follow losingbattleadvice advice also and get on finasteride but no way do a hair transplant.
Hard to tell from the photo alone. In a hair transplant clinic, they can take a sample and count how many follicles there are in each graft. Usually around 1 to 3. Even they have analysers. Experts no longer recommend a surgery alone. I guess the key is nutrition-sport-stress-free life routine. Using shampoo with natural ingredients worked for me for a whle. But when the stress started they fall out again

U need higher % minoxidil, get on finasteride oral or topical, strt microneedling. Watch the effects and will come back to thank me!
