Oh that's a lovely hairline, especially considering you had fine hair. Rahal really makes the hairline so natural, suited for the face and where no one would see recession or surgery! It's easy to dense pack corners but Rahal and a few other top Drs retain that natural artistry ability, I like the ones he did below too.

Yes dont get me wrong i have crown thinning as well unfortunately.... ill be masking it with concealer though since the grafts are better reserved for mid to frontal scalp. Thank you

You can get a full head of hair from one procedure with just classical temple loss, medication to maintain the rest! Diffuse thinning is hard to resolve even with every current option, sometimes the treatments work well but then the loss begins again as it's so aggressive. Transplants are good for dense packing smaller areas but all on top coverage is harder via surgery.
