30 Yrs Old, Thinning On Sides And Crown.. Nothing New But Looking For Advice

Thanks for the help everyone. I've realized my crown is thinning more and more the past 5 years but now my sides are getting much thinner too which is strange. I've only ever used rogaine and CVS brand on my crown for a few months at a time. Haven't considered nor do I know much of other methods.

At times I've considered just buzzing it down but I'm not sure how great that'd look on me. It looks like I'm in for a full on ride of baldness from the crown to the front but the strange thing is my hairline is fine right now, just a tad thin but no recession.... yet.

Anyway, thank you in advance! Just looking for some advice on what would you do with this predicament!

Hey Adam124, I don't exhibit many of the other Thyroid symptoms but I won't rule it out and will see a Dr. to be sure. My grandfather on my mother's side was bald, not sure at what age he lost his hair. I had a feeling due to this it was in the cards for me, genetics.

Have you been on propecia long, good luck with it! I will research into this. Thank you for the recommendation.

Your pictures remind A LOT on my own hair. I have a very similiar thinning pattern and also the dryness of the hair is just like mine. I responded very good on Finasteride. And yes, see a doctor. One can have both Androgenetic Alopecia and thyroid hairloss.
