30 yr old, is my hair thinning badly?

Hello all,

I have for the past few months decided to grow my hair out long and my wife seems to like it, but being a short spiky hair guy for a long time, I never really noticed. I took some photos of my hairline to see how bad my thinning hairline is to me. How bad is it really? Can it be corrected by vitamins or something else other than topical stuff or Rx. To some it is probably nothing and say I shouldn't worry, but I would really like to hear your thoughts.

yes, from those pics your hair is definitely receding

since your hair is fairly long, try posting more pics of your hair when it's wet.

Should I just start embracing it now and get a short hair or buzz so I am not more disappointed later on lol

brother, i have had a similar situation going on upstairs. you want to use rogain twice a day< (even though its not supposed to be "effective" for frontal loss) it has helped me, and either avodart or propecia. Im not a doctor, i cant say i will work for you, but my head looked like that and it got better. and im gonna tell you something else, even though i know it sounds counter productive, and pointless, and ppl on this forum might be like, "thats rediculous". But once a week or twice a week, i apply olive oil to my hair, i mean the thinnist layer possible. a dab on my figer tips, then run it through the front of my hair, and im telling you, along with those other regimens, it has strengthend and made it look fuller, after the initial sheen runs dry.
