3 weeks flax lignans, tender/enlarged nipples

I'm not sure what to do at this point its been 3 + weeks of flax lignans.For the past 4 days I've been taking 20mg everyday intstead of the usual 40mg everyother day. I think the nipple thing is getting worse. It used to be the left one that bothered me more now its the right now. Basically they're very sensitive to cold now. They get "tight" in the morning to the point where its kinda painful. I get the urge to itch them randomly during the day. Looks like the very tips of the nipples started to stick out more when hard. Possibly some new tissue developed there. Should i stick this out for another two weeks? Also I've read up on some cream that "juicers" steroid users use to keep their tits in check. I've also been shedding quite a bit which started two weeks in.

Your help to prevent me from growing breasts is appreciated ...heh

how can you have gyno? you dont even take finasteride or anything.

flax ligans have omega oils which are quite pathetic at blocking DHT or increasing testosterone to any significant degree.

if you are worried about grwoing breasts please go see your Doctor ASAP!!! please, cos it will only get worse.

What? What are you talking about? You think that finasteride is the only way someone can get gyno? Anyway, I agree that he should see a doctor. I highly doubt the Flax has anything to do with it. If you want to be safe, ditch whatever brand of Flax you have now and try another.
