Leave Jesus and dude out of it. Speak normal and be respectful. You are the one being schooled here, not the other way around. Be humble and learn.

I prepare my own topical dutasteride and have used doses up to 50MG. That is 100 times the oral dose. I have applied 5ml of 1% concentration. I have also used other's topical dutasteride (liposomal, non liposomal, etc..) made in different pharmacies.

It has been explained countless of times on why it does not become highly vascularized and bloodwork has been done by many to prove it. Be happy this is a thing.

Just because YOU don't understand it doesn't mean it's not how it works on most people.

Buy some, use it. Do bloodwork, come back. Share.

Make yourself useful.

I don't understand ?
First , you don't even know what a 1 % lotion means I did explain you, you talked again, and you fucked again.
It is a waste of time speak with you . DO a 10000000mg dose if you want, who f*****g care, who f*****g believe you .

But, most doctors will do the math in the same way you did it and that is the problem.
I'm failing to see your point. I'm not advocating to use a 1% concentration, but if you use 1 ml of a 1% concentration per week, you're using 10 mg topical.
Now, if you take in account what the dermatologists usually consider an average absorption (even if it's a rough estimate), which is 10%, you are left with 1 mg topical per week. Of this 1 mg, a fraction will reach the bloodstream and go systemic, while the rest will reach the target, which are the DP.

The standard posology is 0.5 mg EOD, which gives you 1.75 mg per week, way higher than the topical 1% dose.

Again, it have no logic what you say, first you are telling that 100 % of the oral dose will be absorve and reach your follicles, that is totally wrong. So, really none sense. Not even talking about why you spouse that 10 % of the dutasteride will be absorve, Do you have any study at all to prove any of your statements ?

Never said that. Reaching or not the follicles it's not the point of the discussion and irrelevant to what you were saying.

That's the general consensus between Italian dermatologists and I'm actually one of the few that questioned that statement.
The absorption will vary according to the vehicle (with liposomes being proven to be the best in that sense in several studies), the porosity of the scalp, length of the hairs and size of the molecule. It could be easily less than 10% for dutasteride with a standard vehicle. I've seen studies with minoxidil showing absorption ranging from 1% to 5%. So I took probably the best case scenario.
The substances that usually have a better absorption are bio-identical hormones, but the maximum I've seen was 18% for topical estradiol.

Do you have any study at all to prove any of your statements ?

There are several out there for different substances. I'm not gonna do the job for you. Google topical tamoxifen, topical CPA, topical finasteride etc.

I prepare it myself now so I can play around.

Right now I am not using anything as I am preparing for my CB-03-01 experiment.

Please go away.

You are so dumb that you don't even realize you are stupid. It's painful to read. The worst kind of people.

Do your research and comeback here when you have something to help others. What a selfish idiot.

What vehicle are you using to prepare it yourself?

Why do you only respond to the people who doubt you? it's frustrating for us who are impressed with your contributions @Mustang

I already said why I stopped.
This is why this gets annoying. You guys don't read the thread and then ask questions that have already been asnwered.
Yes, 0.1%, specially since using 2ML is more than enough

Losing ground on a topical Dutasteride .5 PGE, Propecia, and Chemyo RU stack...

started to also add Zinc-Thymiu GKU topical. Any thoughts on best RU source?
