How much native hair did you have in the transplant area? If that's all new then it looks like it's coming in great.

First pic is native hair, 2nd pic shows just a bit more hair I think.
But its only the START of the 3rd month, so its not bad considering for most people new hairs barely start growing at that point

you wont typically start seeing HUGE changes until 6-9 months in. At the 3 month mark, keep in mind it does vary from person to person, you're looking at small buds, maybe a handful of grown transplant hairs. More pics, in different lighting, before and after are also very important to add to your post. We dont know where you started.
