Hi
I am 27 and have had a high hair line for as long as I can remember. It hasn't receded any more and is well covered with thick hair around it. The hair around my crown is decent and no visible signs of losing hair there.
However the last couple of months I have noticed a lot of hair from the front of my hairline falling out in the shower. I don't notice it on my pillow at night just in the shower. I am starting to see a bald patch just behind my hairline in the middle of my head. I don't know if this is signs of losing my hair or if it is a consequence of recently having a bad spell of psoriasis which is as good as treated now. If it is hair loss what is the best treatment to cure this? I have been reading about finasteide but read it is more effective for loss on the crown than addressing hairline. Also my partner is pregnant and is it safe around her?
Could someone please just try and put my mind at rest as i can't stop worrying about it.
