Hello. ( SORRY IN ADVANCE ABOUT LINKS, the forum wouldn't let me post links because I'm a junior member )

Lately ( lately as in last year or so ) I've been observing my hairline as I've noticed that I can't exactly make my hair behave like I use to - mainly the areas above left and right eye socket. But to top it off, I've noticed that my hair growth on the area above ears is extremely NON GENEROUS, hence I started worrying about my hair.

My father started balding around 45, now at almost 60 he still has a full scalp more or less, only his widow's peak and a bit at the top of the head are gone - he can pass off as having an almost full head of hair.
My mother's father started visibly balding when he was around 30 years old, so I've been told by my mom. He was in his 60s when I first remember him and he was like norwood 7 already at that point I think?
My father's father had lush hair well into his 50's IIRC, sadly he passed away too young so no info on that..

Anyway, here are the current pictures:

here are current "normal" pictures ( aka usual hairstyle ):

here are pictures from the past

2012 ( yeah I dunno wtf I was thinking either ): https://i.imgur.com/LLjjZCu.jpg
2014: https://i.imgur.com/Sd0jEgG.jpg
2014: https://i.imgur.com/oHfbrpN.jpg ( wind was blowing it away so shows the part of widow's peak )

Basically now when looking at the pictures myself, I don't notice anything alarming but I still have the feeling that my hairline is receding. Comparing 2012 to 2017, my hairline definitely matured by that time ( but I never noticed it because I always wore long hair until like 2013 )..

Dunno. What do you guys think? Should I get a professional's opinion just to be on the safe side?

Also, this is what I was talking about ( possible alopecia? ):

https://i.imgur.com/snoEv5b.jpg ( hair "ruffled" around so it's messy, to show the things )

https://i.imgur.com/YSeRtgS.jpg ( hair combed down to usual hairstyle but flash enabled on camera, you can still partially see how fucked up that area is )

https://i.imgur.com/nWT6I85.jpg ( same as above but without flash )

It's like the on left side as well, and it's the only part of head where I have that sort of thing going on. Is it something I should worry about or do I just have very thin hair growth in that area? I don't remember ever having such hair growth there, but then again I've been sporting long-ish hair for quite many years.

Also, what are the chances that I DIDN'T inherit my mother's father's genes regarding hair? Me and him are completely different ( he had different type of hair, had blue eyes and was much gentler in appearance - he was also above 190cm in height, I on the other hand could pass off as someone from the UAE if I let my beard grow and I generally have "dark" features ( dark eyebrows from my dad, beard from my dad, etc )
, plus I'm way shorter than he was )

Thanks in advance guys!

Your links don't work.

I'm a junior member so I wasn't able to add http prefix before, but it seems I am allowed now to post links. Fixed it

Norwood 0 at age 27

are you sure? Because I'm pretty sure the hairline receded at left&right as I use to be able to manage my hair better, is it just a maturing hairline? How is it determined if you're losing hair, by the hairline at the very center above forehead?

Looking at your 2012 and 2014 pictures, it doesn't seem your hair has receded at all. Maybe a typical maturing hairline if even that.
