25 Years Old And Need Help After 5 Years Medication

Hi People

First: im sorry for my English. Im from Switzerland. So pls dont be t hard to me.

Ecerything begn 5 years Ago i think. I was a happy, healthy. Sport-Professional. But i start noticing Temples but not so bad.

After a really hard psychical Year i went back to my parents house and Play near Zürich.

And after this year the thinks was going down. Month by month year by year my i Sheed like Crazy( 300-500 Hair a day.)

I stardet with Minoxidil and Finasterid.
The Hairspecialist name is Dr Trüeb.

For the first Year i was so iptimistic because i stardet in the beginning of Balding with the treatments.

After 2 years why ever he puts me on 10% minoxidil 1xDay and 5 mg finasteride e.D. I really had shiny health nice brown Hair that moment but i was scarred everyday to lose my hair one day complete.

2016 - Today

And now the phase of my life was coming. My Hair started to be loss and loss. My scalp was and still is itchy line sh*t. I loss so much of my Hair in the last 2 years th when i look in the mirror i can see a man but i cant idendificate me with thos man. I really have psychical problems from the situation and the speed of it. And nobody cares.

Everybody is telling me: ahh come on its good. Your hair are fine or ah cmon give a Fu**. For me the most important thing is not what other people/girls thing about me. Yeah maybe it looks good wn im bald but i cant love me anymore like before and this hurts so extremly. I wake up everyday and wish that be just a bad dream but it isnt.

Situation now:

My complete overhead is thin and i dont know what is happening. Everywhere bald patches: Hairline gone, the temple triangles ether. The sides and the Donnor are patchy eather. My scalp is itchy and the whole head i cant handle it this change.

In my family nobody habe this problems.

Now iam on:

5mg finasteride everyday, minoxidil foam 5% 2xED
Clobex Shampoo 1x Week and Sebiprox dhampoo 1xWeek.

It doesn’t look like your hair has gotten worse in the last year, in my opinion. You could switch to dutasteride if you’d like. The side effects tend to be worse, but it’s also a stronger version of finasteride, in theory.

Thank you for your Post. I Will try to get dutasteride i was thinking about it. What i really dont understand are the patches on the whole Head. And i have a red pimple or something in the crown since 15 months.

Yes i know what you mean and thank you. But the thing is i feel like the temples are going higher and hogher every month. My Dream is too stop it. Temple roght now. And second one 2 years ago with long hair. I miss it so much=(.

It’s impossible to tell between those two photos. I think you’re over reacting. Continue with treatment and you should be fine.

You're fine, with short hair it's normal to see the skin under lights. It seems like you don't have AAG. youre temples are close, you're lucky

Somebody try the azealic minoxidil? I really dont know what to do

No no problems with that but i want go down with the dosage. Yes but i think it doesnt look good anymore and im scared th im balding fast. What do you mean?
