Hello,
its my first post in here so please dont go nuts if I wrote it in the wrong place.
I am a 25 years old guy. I never had issues with my hair, until the last year. I had a lot of stress, chronic physical problems and as an athlete it really brought me down. Furthermore i was expelled from university and started new in another country. I was loosing suddenly hair,I was taking my hand through my hair and had each time over 5 hairs in my hand with a white bulb in the end.
I panicked, and this thing brought me even more down into depression.
The hair loss is mostly on top of my head, whole area, didint had a specific pattern i think.I cant see any significant receding hairline.
The regrowth is slower. I took some pictures and please you to give me any advice.
Is this male pattern baldness or any kind of effluvium.
None, father or grandfathers had a problem with hair or went bold.
I will go make blood tests maybe there is another problem.
Best regards. Nik

I dont know. IMO 99 percent of the time if your losing hair and male its male pattern baldness. Lots of guys want to look for other easier answers like dietary deficiency or something they can easily fix. Most of the time its just not that simple
Looks just like male pattern baldness to me maybe kind of minor still.

I know that most people try to find "excuses". But I tried to do my homework regarding genetics(family) and my external influences. What doctor shall i look for ? Dermatologist ?
As i said Im new to this. I ordered some ashwatanga and rhodiola to cope with the stress and minoxidil.

This has been my experience.

AFter a long time experimenting with vitamins/minerals, I found that they neither increased nor decreased my hair loss.

I think this is a hormonal issue for most if not 99% of people.
