Im experienceing slight hair loss, one of my grandparents are bald the others aren’t. What can you tell me about my hair, what Medication or suplaments would you recommend?

Looks completely fine. It’s normal to have hair a bit thinner towards the edge of the hairline especially if you have fine straight hair. Just look at any woman with their hair pulled back it will probably look worse than yours.
