You need treatments and transplant if you want. But without treatments you may lose all your hair on top. Yes you are too Young for transplantation.

It was never there, the line is where I want it and measure as a normal hairline

I thought as much, just wanted you to confirm it.

If your hairline hasn't moved for 3-4 years, then it doesn't appear that you have active miniaturization or on going recession.

So what you are enquiring about, is whether you should get a transplant to lower your hairline to place its never been?

Yeah so you’re a solid 2.5 IMO. I would try finasteride/micro needle and rogaine and i bet you can easily regain NW1. Just my opinion tho. Your hair still looks solid and I agree with the guy above me, not much change in two years or so.

Okay thanks mate, I’m gonna looks at hair transplant soon I think wel maybe in two to three years. Feel I’m a bit young yet
