Hello all

I'm posting on this forum to keep track of my propecia progress. I'm not sure what Norwood pattern I am, but by the looks of it definitely something between a Norwood 2 and 3. I started Propecia at 19 years old, continued till 22. I had a surgery (not hair related) and completely lost track of taking propecia for 10 months and now that I have recovered, I'm back on 1 mg daily. I don't use minoxidil only because I think it's a hassle. I have recently added saw palmetto to my regimen as well.
I don't think I've lost much after going off of finasteride for 10 months, my only area of loss is the hairline region. I'll be posting weekly pictures to keep track and keep you guys updated. Only hoping for stabilization because I don't want to get my hopes up for nothing.

My temples (hair directly above the side burns) are pretty solid and the way I style my hair barely makes the receding hairline any noticable

What Norwood pattern do you guys think I am? Should I stick to finasteride or get a hair transplant?

Just stay on finasteride... you still have really thick hair. Live with the hair line.

Here's week 2: I'm not noticing anything dramatic in terms of gains however I am going through a shed, I'm losing a lot of hairs in the shower. this past week i have used Nizoral twice and Foltene once. Still on finasteride 1 mg daily. Other supplements I'm taking are Centrum, Biotin 10 mg and Saw Palmetto.
